Al Nasr receives a delegation from Dubai Police and Dubai Sports Council as part of inspection tours to assess the readiness of facilities for the new season

Al Nasr Sports Club CEO, Dr. Hamad Rahma Al Falasi, welcomed a delegation from Dubai Police and the Dubai Sports Council as part of the annual inspection visits to assess the readiness of sports facilities across Dubai ahead of the 2026–2027 sports season.

The Dubai Police delegation was headed by Brigadier Hisham Nasser Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Emergency Affairs, accompanied by Colonel Mohammed Ali Ahli, Acting Director of the Emergency Department. The Dubai Sports Council delegation was led by Ali Omar Al Balooshi, Director of the Sports Development Department, along with representatives from relevant authorities and strategic partners.

During the visit, Dr. Hamad Rahma Al Falasi welcomed the delegation and confirmed that Al Maktoum Stadium and Al Nasr Sports Club’s facilities are fully prepared for the new season, meeting the highest standards of safety, security and operational readiness to provide fans and athletes with a safe and enjoyable experience that reflects Dubai’s leading position.

The visit included a tour of Al Nasr’s facilities to review security and operational preparations and ensure that all areas are ready to welcome athletes and fans throughout the new season.

The delegation also inspected the football pitches, indoor sports halls, control rooms, stands, spectator entrances and exits, emergency exits, evacuation areas and dedicated access points for People of Determination, ensuring that all facilities meet the required safety and operational standards.
